About Us
Online Learning Bootcamp has been designed with the learner in mind to provide an accessible and informative guide to the core principles of instructional design, online learning content development, learning management and learning analytics.
Flux Learning Ltd has been working in this space with secondary schools, universities, NGOs, sole traders, surgical training centres and medical device making multinationals since 2017. The Flux Learning team have many more years experience producing training and development courses and working in highly regulated environments. In that time, we have gained a keen appreciation of what works and what does not in digital education.
What we do
The courses in the free tier represent our attempt to give back to the inspirational communities of educators, learning and development professionals and entrepreneurs by providing a pragmatic breakdown of what they need to know to get started and to thrive in this space.
For those of you more experienced in online learning, more detailed and advanced courses will be available soon. As these are more involved and take more time to develop there will be a nominal charge for some of these which will also feature mentorship and Q&A sessions for course participants.Â
